Mark Bonifacio has over 25 years of experience in Medical Device Manufacturing across many therapeutic disciplines. After working for several major Medical Device OEMs, Bonifacio co-founded APEC, a Medical Device Contract Manufacturer, in Baldwin Park, CA and sold it to Helix Medical in 2007. He established Bonifacio Consulting Services soon afterward.
Mark leverages his education (B.S Plastics Engineering UMASS Lowell), 20+ years of manufacturing experience, extensive international network, engineering and operational expertise along with his entrepreneurial drive to assist his customers in business growth, strategy and tactical execution, M+A, Joint Ventures, Licensing as well as with cost reduction initiatives, operational and organizational improvements.
Mark is well known in Medical Device Manufacturing and is a regular speaker at industry events.
Brian Hartman has over 23 years experience in product development, manufacturing / operations, service engineering, supply chain and program management. He has worked in the medical device, consumer electronics, and packaging fields during that time. Most of those years were spent working at Motorola Mobile Devices worldwide but primarily in Asia. His vast experience working with injection molding, CNC, ODM’s and test houses give him a wide range of capabilities. Brian has resided in Southern China for 7 years working in product development as a PMO and Engineering Director. Brian joined BCS 6 months ago to support with various suppliers in Asia.
Brian has an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and served in the United States Navy.
Henry Wang currently resides in Shanghai, China and is a degreed Mechanical Engineer, B.S. 1999 from Wuhan Science and Technology University. Henry started his career in CNC programming and Mold Design. Henry also was a project manager, and ran several other depts. for various businesses in the Shanghai Area before starting Fujitech Group in 2006. Henry has deep knowledge of tooling, molding both thermoplastics and LIM as well of full product assemblies, in Medial, Automotive, Electrical Appliance, and Consumer goods industries. In 2013, Henry also started Eureks, an OEM air purifier business in Shanghai, China that exports and Private labels for other OEMs.
