mark bonifacio, principal

Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Mark works with medical device OEM’s and contract manufacturers to help them grow organically and through mergers and acquisitions. Mark leverages his education, decades of global manufacturing experience and extensive international network to provide unique value.

In his early career, Mark worked for several major medical device OEM’s then co-founded APEC, a medical device contract manufacturer. Mark built APEC from the ground up, and sold it to Freudenberg Medical in 2007. Today, Mark assists organizations in business growth, strategy and tactical execution, M&A, joint ventures and licensing. He also advises on cost-reduction initiatives, operational and organizational improvements. Notable clients include TE Connectivity, Viant (formerly MedPlast), Wendel, Onex, Medtronic and Millipore, among others.

Henry Wang, Principal

Henry Wang resides in Shanghai, China. He started his career in CNC programming and Mold Design and served as a project and business manager. Henry has deep knowledge of tooling, molding (both thermoplastics and LIM) as well of full product assemblies, in the medical, automotive, electrical appliance, and consumer goods industries. Henry is a degreed Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science from Wuhan Science and Technology University.

Titan Yang, Project Manager

Titan Yang is a skilled project manager with experience spanning early stage product development to late stage of mass production work. With 18 years of experience in mold manufacturing, injection molding, and project management, Titan also has direct OEM project management experience working with companies including HP, Acer and Thinkpad. He resides in Shanghai, China, and is a skilled communicator who provides effective management of product issues, analysis and evaluation, control of project progress, and improvement in the production process.

MICHAEL TODD, MEDICAL MANUFACTURING CONSULTANT

Michael has been living and working in Mainland China & S. E. Asia on a permanent basis since 2008.

With a deep knowledge of manufacturing and management practices in Asia, Michael operates closely with OEMs and CMs to establish ISO 13485 medical manufacturing practices while ensuring maximum utilization of resources to facilitate timely completion of high priority projects and production deliverables.  Managing expectations with key partners in new landscapes Michael supports, develops and expands capabilities, across cultures communicating and implementing best actions and insights for his clients.

Michael has a B.A. degree from Middlesex University, London.

PAT Brathwaite, OFFICE MANAGER

Pat has a Bachelor of Science and currently resides in Melbourne, Florida. Pat handles office operations and works as a liaison between project teams in the USA and Shanghai.  Pat also assists clients with quotations, orders, shipping, logistics as well as other customer services items.
